<p><b>Miller Forge exists because manufacturing and supply chain leaders don't need another strategy advisor.</b> They need someone who will own the result until it's done—and who has done it before.</p>
<p>I started my career as an automation engineer, building and shipping working systems on live production lines. That's where I learned the difference between a good idea and a finished job.</p>
<p>As an engineering leader in highly regulated manufacturing, I delivered major capital programs safely—with zero deviations and no operational downtime. Work that had to be right the first time.</p>
<p>Later, I led enterprise business improvement and ran cost-reduction programs through to completion—not just identifying savings, but building the ownership and metrics that made them stick.</p>
<p>When the global electronics shortage hit, I worked troubled suppliers directly to find critical component shortages and keep production moving.</p>
<p>As a product manager for a global parts and consumables business, I grew the portfolio and launched new products across international markets.</p>
<p>Today, I lead data products in finance and supply chain—shipping AI-ready solutions that remove manual work and make decisions data-driven.</p>
